About your visit

• A basic consultation (up to 15 minutes, counted from the doctor’s arrival at your bedside) includes assessment, examination, history taking and prescription.
• Specialist, senior and urgent consultations are available on demand at the rates listed below.
• All injections, infusions and procedures are performed only under a doctor’s observation.
• If our nursing staff or doctor’s assistant performs procedures (injections, nebulization, sample collection etc.), a nursing procedure charge applies.

Additional charges to know about

• Visits between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM carry additional night charges (₹1,000 – ₹3,000).
• Emergency / urgent arrangements carry additional charges (₹1,500 – ₹3,500), depending on urgency and doctor availability.
• Oxygen support, if needed, is charged at ₹600 per hour (4–5 L).
• A service charge of 8% on the total bill covers biomedical waste management, platform operations, medical records and travel.
• If medicines or consumables are arranged by the patient’s side, stand-by doctor supervision charges may apply (₹1,500 per 15-minute unit).

Lab tests & reports

• Home sample collection is included in all listed test prices.
• Report timelines are counted from sample receipt at the laboratory; working days exclude Sundays.
• A few specialised tests are priced on request — our team will confirm the exact rate before proceeding.

Medicines & consumables

• Medicines, consumables and surgical items are billed as per the MRP printed on the pack — our team confirms the exact amount with you before billing.

By engaging with us, all parties — our medical team, the company, the booking coordinator, and you (the patient & attender) — agree to uphold their respective obligations so that you receive efficient, high-quality care.

What we ask of you

• Share accurate, unfiltered and non-exaggerated symptom summaries while booking, so we can route the right doctor and allocate the right time.
• Please do not make parallel duplicate (“safety”) bookings across multiple facilities — it keeps clinical slots available for patients who need them urgently.
• Disclose your complete medical, substance and lifestyle history. Commit to the agreed treatment plan, or communicate any disagreement directly — and please always maintain basic courtesy with our personnel.
• Attenders: track the patient’s vital routines objectively, preserve clinical notes as a backup, strictly observe sterile zones, and never adjust IV lines or medical apparatus on your own.
